The Baxendale Oven

First named “Worplesdon Place” by Joseph Baxendale in 1868, our grade-two listed pub with rooms has been delighting our guests ever since.

We’re proud of our heritage and our pizza celebrates this using fresh seasonal, British ingredients, with Isle of Wight tomatoes and Somerset mozzarella, finished with herbs picked from our garden every day.
