With a warm home-from-home welcome, our bookable spaces are the perfect space and we know your wedding day will be one of a kind. With ample inside and outside space, you have all the room you need (plus more) to kick-back and relax with your much-loved ones in comfort. Ideal for a casual celebration, a sit-down wedding breakfast or a standing affair, for your nearest-and-dearest. Our fabulous Head Chef Mauricio has come up with some set menus to suit both your palate and the season. From the wedding breakfast, to bite-sized grazing options, always made with the freshest, British ingredients, prepared with love & care, and served beautifully for your guests to enjoy.

We had our wedding at the Worplesdon place in September and it was the perfect day. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough not only for us but all our guests too. Frequently Asked Questions

Can we decorate the pub?

Absolutely – though we are very pretty to begin with.

We allow table decorations (these look fab) flowers – naturally – and helium balloons.

How do we get booked in?

You can get pencilled-in straight away. Just pop through a enquiry via our website.

Once you’re ready to commit (so to speak) we’ll ask for a deposit payment.

Can we use an external caterer?

No, however our Head Chef Mauricio has created the ideal seasonal menus for your wedding.

Full menu choices, plus special dietary requirements are agreed 14 days in advance, so you’ve plenty of time.

Is there a room hire fee?

No, there is no room hire fee, but there is a minimum spend depending on the number of guests and your room requirements.

Are we allowed music?

Yes, you are more than welcome to hire a band for the evening, but we do ask that live music stops at 11pm as we are a pub with rooms.

Can we have exclusive hire of the pub?

We don’t do exclusive hire of the pub (as we want everyone to enjoy our beautiful pub) but we do offer private hire spaces which will be for your guests only.
